Immaculate Deflection

All eyes are on that ball.

By now, everyone is aware of BYU’s incredible comeback late in the 4th quarter to send the game to overtime and defeat Chapman last weekend. If you missed the game or even the highlights of the game, you’re missing out BIG TIME!

One of the best plays in the game came in the closing seconds of regulation. The play is now being called, “The Immaculate Deflection”.

Not sure why it’s called the “Immaculate Deflection”? Let us educate you on the history of the saying in sports. Bang.

And even more locally, a little 4A Idaho HS Football action.

#2 on BYU seems like he knows what is going to happen the whole time. How did that ball end up in his stick? He seems to appear out of nowhere. Will this be the best play of 2012? Sound off below!

    Aren’t those “goalie pants” just football pants with the thigh and knee pads in them?
