The Stanford Cardinal and the Sonoma State Seawolves met in the WCLL Championship lacrosse game in Novato. Sonoma lead 4-2 in the second quarter, and 6-4 at the end of the third quarter, but Stanford launched a comeback and outpaced Sonoma 4-1 in the fourth to upset the favorites, 8-7.
