Texas State Lacrosse Behind The Back Goal

Written by Connor Wilson

Mike Brand’s Texas State squad is on a 4-0 roll right now, and scoring some beautiful lacrosse goals. Here is a special behind the back G for the Bobcats against Texas A&M.

We got our hands on a sweet behind the back goal from Mike Brand’s Texas State squad. TXST is now 4-0 in MCLA D1 action with wins over Baylor, UL Lafayette, Texas A&M, and Texas – San Antonio. This sweet goal came from their 20-5 win over the Aggies:

Last year, the Bobcats were 2-2 at this point, with two solid wins and two tough losses. Head Coach Mike Brand’s arrival has clearly helped this team turn a corner, and although they still have a lot of work to do, this is definitely a program on the rise. TX State is off until Feb 23rd when they take on 1-1 SMU. They play 3-0 TCU the next day.
