South Carolina Ole Miss Lacrosse SELC

The SELC has some can't miss games this weekend!

Get out and watch some SELC Lacrosse!

Sat. March 18th – St. Louis, MO – Kennesaw State @ Missouri State, Northern Colorado, North Dakota State– Kennesaw State makes the road-trip to the Heartland of America  for some inter-conference play. Always interesting to see how the SELC matches up to other conferences!

Sun. March 18th – Conway SC – UNC Charlotte @ Coastal Carolina – Coastal Carolina is 0-3 against the 49ers. The 49ers are winless this season. This is a division game and a UNCC loss would give them a 0-3 division record and takes them out of the SELC Tourney race. With a win Coastal Carolina  goes undefeated 4-0 in the division. Coastal Carolina has a potent offense and UNCC has been giving up a lot of goals.

That doesn’t sound so good, does it?  If I’m UNCC I’m saying “What better way to get back on track then playing a team playing very well!”  But I’m not a player or coach, just a blogger!

Sun. March 18th – Savannah, GA – Liberty @ SCAD – This is not a division game but it is a battle between the traditional SELC D2 power, SCAD, and an up an comer in Liberty.  Liberty can score, 96 goals so far, but they give up goals too. SCAD is very effective and efficient at both ends of the field.  Just thinking, if Liberty can get into a shoot-out with SCAD, it could be a very interesting game.

Sun. March 18th – Charleston, SC – East Carolina @ Charleston –  It is a winnable, confidence builder game for the Cougars. They have a fight on their hands for the remaining divisional SELC Tourney spot.
