Boston, Massachusetts - April 2, 2012- ‘47 Brand has agreed to sponsor the Pioneer Collegiate Lacrosse League’s (PCLL) championship weekend.  ‘47 Brand has developed a new logo for the league that will be unveiled during the weekend and will be displayed on the championship shirts and hats that they provide for the winning Division I and II teams.

The PCLL is the Northeastern division of the Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA).  The PCLL consists of seven Division I teams, including Boston College, Boston University and University of Rhode Island as well as nine Division II teams including University of Maine and defending champion Briarcliffe.

“We are thrilled to be working with the PCLL,” said Dan Cohen, Assistant Marketing Manager at ‘47 Brand. “We see the sport of lacrosse and the PCLL growing immensely in the coming years, and we know that this partnership will help associate ‘47 Brand with fashion and the sporting lifestyle among the lacrosse community,” adds Cohen.
