Kevin Perkins Resigns at Utah Valley

On Monday, it was officially announced that Kevin Perkins had stepped down from his position as head coach of the Utah Valley men’s lacrosse team.

“Utah Valley University Men’s Lacrosse Head Coach Kevin Perkins has stepped down from the top spot after leading the Wolverines for 7 years. Perkins never had a losing season at the helm of the Wolverines.

In 2011, the Utah Valley University Wolverines went 10-5 overall.  They lost in the semifinals of the RMLC Conference tournament by a score of 8-7 to Northern Colorado.  They received an At-Large bid to the MCLA National Tournament, where they lost in the first round by a score of 23-9 to eventual MCLA DII champion Davenport University.
