Instant Reaction: MCLA Makes ESPN Top 10 Plays

And just like that, the MCLA has made SportsCenter’s Top 10 plays.

Here is video of the MCLA’s first appearance on an episode of ESPN SportsCenter, with the #3 Top Play for May 16th, 2012:

Original video credit goes to The Rush video services and can be found here.  The Rush has been recording MCLA tape at all the games in Greenville so far, thanks to them for their work to get the social media buzz out on this amazing video.

Neil Everett.  Unknowingly you have voiced-over the ESPN-coming-out-party for an entire league.

Instant thoughts for your consumption/debate:

  • No mention of the MCLA specifically
  • No mention of “club”
  • Michigan State and Cal Poly both mentioned
  • Lots of face time for Mac Ensley! Big Mac Attack!

What does this mean for the MCLA, for Cal Poly, Michigan State, and for Mac Ensley?

Everyone should soak it all in for now.  Making SportsCenter Top Plays is pretty damn awesome.
