Grand Valley State Lacrosse Recruiting All-Americans

“When people walk around this campus, they know. It sells itself.” – Sean Blair, Defense/Recruiting Coordinator

This video, titled “GVSU Lacrosse Recruiting All-Americans,” dropped on YouTube the other day, and boy does it do a great job of making the Lakers look good!

Coming off a 19-1 season in 2011, Grand Valley State University certainly looks to be on the right track with their program. Any other MCLA D2 teams have this type of recruiting power?

Yeah, who would have thought an inexpensive school with low admission requirements would have a recruiting advantage in D2?

I would say there is definitely some truth to this. Of all the schools that finished in the top 10 of the final D2 poll last year, SCAD was the only one with an admission acceptance rate below 75% (according to the College Board).

GVSU returning Dumsa and recruiting a top flight keeper makes them incredibly dangerous in 2012.  They will be extremely tough.

Nice job by Slavko Bekovic in putting this recruiting video together.
